Ayni means exchange system. The barter trade that the Incas thrived on still excists in some Andean communities. This yarn is a blend of Alpaca and Mulberry Silk, and its colours are inspired by all the herbs and spices that are still traded on the Andean markets. Comes in hanks you need to ball up before you start your project.
