James C Brett Boom Super Chunky 100g

James C. Brett Boom Super Chunky is a wonderfully soft and cosy yarn designed to create eye-catching projects quickly. With its super chunky weight and beautiful ombré colour changes, each ball works through a range of complementary shades to create a stunning effect as you knit or crochet.

Each 100g ball contains approximately 140 metres (152 yards) and is made from 93% acrylic and 7% polyamide. It is designed to be worked with 10mm knitting needles or crochet hooks, making it a great choice for beginners and experienced crafters alike.

Boom is particularly popular for making soft, stylish scarves, and each ball includes two scarf patterns inside the ball band. One 100g ball is designed to make approximately one scarf, making it a convenient and affordable choice for creating a quick project or a thoughtful handmade gift.

Available in six gorgeous ombré shades, including Acorn Box, Wild Heather, Summers Evening, Emerald Isle, Intense Skies and Deep Autumn, Boom Super Chunky brings vibrant colour and a wonderfully cosy texture to your projects.

We know how important fast, reliable delivery is. All orders are shipped directly from our SMD Knitting HQ in Llay, near Wrexham, allowing us to handle any delivery requirements quickly and efficiently.

Orders received by 4:00 pm (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays) are usually dispatched the same day. Most parcels are sent via our 24-hour tracked services with Royal Mail, Hermes, or DPD Local. Smaller, low-value orders are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class.

You’ll receive email or text updates once your order is dispatched and again on the morning of delivery.

Please note that while we aim for next-day delivery, some remote postcodes (BT, GY, HS, IM, IV, JE, KA, ZE, and parts of FK, KW, PA, PH, PO) may take longer.

If you're unhappy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a refund. Please include a note with your reason for return. Refunds are processed within five working days of receiving your item. Digital purchases are non-refundable.

Return shipping costs are non-refundable, and items must be unopened, in new condition, and in their original packaging.

We cannot accept returns of opened DVDs or CDs, in line with distance selling regulations.

If your order arrives damaged, notify us within seven working days for a full refund or exchange. We'll refund your return postage, and can provide a pre-paid envelope on request. Returns should be sent to:
