Salthouse is a contemporary slipover that combines timeless style with modern layering appeal. Knitted using Alpaca Wool and Alpaca Haze held together throughout, it creates a beautifully soft fabric with warmth and gentle texture. The body is worked seamlessly from the hem to the armholes before the front and back are completed flat, with the shoulders joined using a neat three-needle cast-off. We know how important fast, reliable delivery is. All orders are shipped directly from our SMD Knitting HQ in Llay, near Wrexham, allowing us to handle any delivery requirements quickly and efficiently.

Orders received by 4:00 pm (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays) are usually dispatched the same day. Most parcels are sent via our 24-hour tracked services with Royal Mail, Hermes, or DPD Local. Smaller, low-value orders are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class.

You’ll receive email or text updates once your order is dispatched and again on the morning of delivery.

Please note that while we aim for next-day delivery, some remote postcodes (BT, GY, HS, IM, IV, JE, KA, ZE, and parts of FK, KW, PA, PH, PO) may take longer.

If you're unhappy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a refund. Please include a note with your reason for return. Refunds are processed within five working days of receiving your item. Digital purchases are non-refundable.

Return shipping costs are non-refundable, and items must be unopened, in new condition, and in their original packaging.

We cannot accept returns of opened DVDs or CDs, in line with distance selling regulations.

If your order arrives damaged, notify us within seven working days for a full refund or exchange. We'll refund your return postage, and can provide a pre-paid envelope on request. Returns should be sent to:
