You Will Also Need: 1 x 6.5mm (UK 3 – USA 10½) 80cm circular knitting needle, 1 x 6.5mm (UK 3 – USA 10½) 40cm circular knitting needle, 1 x 5mm (UK 6 – USA 8) 40cm circular knitting needle, 4 x 6.5mm (UK 3 – USA 10½) double-pointed needles, stitch holders and stitch markers.

We know how important fast, reliable delivery is. All orders are shipped directly from our SMD Knitting HQ in Llay, near Wrexham, allowing us to handle any delivery requirements quickly and efficiently.

Orders received by 4:00 pm (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays) are usually dispatched the same day. Most parcels are sent via our 24-hour tracked services with Royal Mail, Hermes, or DPD Local. Smaller, low-value orders are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class.

You’ll receive email or text updates once your order is dispatched and again on the morning of delivery.

Please note that while we aim for next-day delivery, some remote postcodes (BT, GY, HS, IM, IV, JE, KA, ZE, and parts of FK, KW, PA, PH, PO) may take longer.

Returns Policy

We are happy to accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused, unopened and in a fully resaleable condition.
When returning an item, please ensure that it is securely and appropriately packaged to prevent damage during transit. If possible, please include a copy of your original invoice or alternatively, please provide your name, address and postcode, together with a note confirming you would like a refund.

Items We Are Unable to Accept for Return

Due to copyright restrictions, we are unable to accept returns of patterns, leaflets or books. Digital items are also excluded.
For yarn and craft products, we can only accept:

• Unopened balls of yarn
• Unopened yarn packs
• Tools, needlecraft kits, etc that are unused and in a fully resaleable condition

Please note that yarn purchased as part of a colour pack must be returned as the complete pack. We are unable to accept individual balls returned separately from the original colour pack.

Return Postage

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning goods to us. We strongly recommend obtaining proof of postage and keeping this until your return has been processed.

Please note that original postage and delivery charges are non-refundable.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you experience a problem with an item that you have received, whether it is faulty or damaged, please contact us before returning the item so that we can advise you on the next steps.

Any faults or damage must be reported to us within 3 months of receiving your order.
To help us investigate the issue, we may ask you to provide photographs of the item, particularly where we need to contact the manufacturer or one of our suppliers on your behalf.

Once we have assessed the item and confirmed that it is faulty or damaged, we will offer an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or a refund. We may ask you to return the item to us and, where applicable, we will provide you with a free returns address.
