Give the perfect gift for an upcoming anniversary, birthday, wedding, special occasion or just to say thank you. Our gift vouchers allow that special someone to choose their own yarn, patterns and accessories. You choose the amount and then they can choose their gift! The gift voucher is then emailed to your chosen recipient or to you on a specified date, with a personal message. We know how difficult it is to pick yarn for ourselves let alone for someone else, so why not allow them to choose their own. We will email you with a request for the following information and then once received back we can then email you or your chosen recipient the gift. Write a short message Let us know when you want it to arrive Then we'll take care of the rest.

For orders under £45.00, P+P is £4.50.

For orders £45.00 and over, P+P is FREE.

We know how important fast, reliable delivery is. All orders are shipped directly from our SMD Knitting HQ in Llay, near Wrexham, allowing us to handle any delivery requirements quickly and efficiently.

Orders received by 4:00 pm (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays) are usually dispatched the same day. Most parcels are sent via our 24-hour tracked services with Royal Mail, Hermes, or DPD Local. Smaller, low-value orders are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class.

You’ll receive email or text updates once your order is dispatched and again on the morning of delivery.

Please note that while we aim for next-day delivery, some remote postcodes (BT, GY, HS, IM, IV, JE, KA, ZE, and parts of FK, KW, PA, PH, PO) may take longer.

If you're unhappy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a refund. Please include a note with your reason for return. Refunds are processed within five working days of receiving your item. Digital purchases are non-refundable.

Return shipping costs are non-refundable, and items must be unopened, in new condition, and in their original packaging.

We cannot accept returns of opened DVDs or CDs, in line with distance selling regulations.

If your order arrives damaged, notify us within seven working days for a full refund or exchange. We'll refund your return postage, and can provide a pre-paid envelope on request. Returns should be sent to:
